VAPOR RECOVERY SYSTEMS
Covered by six US Patents, our vapor recovery systems capture natural gas and methane emissions and send it through pipelines. Every system is customized to the unique specifications of each well operation. This customization enhances operating efficiency and minimizes maintenance costs. AUTOMATIC SECONDARY AIR CONTROL SYSTEMS
Our patented automatic secondary air control systems regulate the secondary air in direct proportion to the burner fuel pressure, maintaining a constant fuel-to-air ratio across the full burner firing range. The system maintains the excess oxygen at 2% - 5% across the entire firing range of the burner. This enhances operating efficiency by reducing fuel usage and the emissions from combustion by 50% on natural draft fired equipment. Using this system significantly eliminates more methane emissions than what can be eliminated through flaring.
